It's main purpose is to get as close as possible to the $1 threshold, and depending on the price, more or less PAPR will be minted by the algorithm.

This token works alongside with 2 other tokens (PRNTR/INK) that help regulating the total supply of PAPR by printing in consideration of the demand.
