Refund promotes adoption of Base chain, the L2 of Coinbase, by rewarding users with $RFND based in their gas spent in Ethereum mainnet. Base has near no fees, and we aim to reward those who have extensively used mainnet, giving them a "refund" of their gas spent.

People are exhausted of paying high fees in order to trade in #ethereum, and #base is the cheapest $ETH based chain, built using #EVM, which makes it easier to work compared to #solana
