Wrapped Filecoin (EFIL) was created by Gemini to bring Filecoin (FIL) onto the Ethereum Network, and allow it to be used across the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. All minted EFIL is backed 1:1 by FIL held in Gemini Custody®, Gemini’s institutional grade storage system.
